    We buy our merchandise from jewellers, retailers, watch markets and fairs and from auctions and liquidations. In addition we also continuously buy surplus stock.

    You will get an invoice. If VAT is refelcted or if the item is differential taxed you can see in the respective offer.

    Yes, we sell items that include German Value Added Tax (which is shown in the respective offer) without 19% VAT to Non European destinations. Our shopsystem reduces the amount of VAT automatically.

    Yes you can, for items that include VAT. Please send us your order interest, the delivery adress and your VAT Identification number to vertrieb[at]uhrband24.com. Unfortunately our shopsysten does not allow lowering of VAT automatically, yet. We are working on it.

  10. Where do we deliver our articles?
    Usually we deliver worldwide excepted for reptile leather straps. These are dispatched within the European Union only because of the laws.

  11. How much does shipping cost?
    For insured shipping with Deutsche Post AG we charge a flatrate of 3 Euros for Germany, 4 Euros for Europe and 5 Euros worldwide. Shippings for orders 60 Euro and over are free.

    We normally send the items as registered Mail with German Post.

    We send items depending on the availabilty shown in the offer after receiving payment.

    Deliverytime after dispatch usually takes 1 to 3 workingdays in Germany, 3 to 7 workingdays within Europe and 6 to 15 workingdays worldwide.

    We prefer bank transfers but you can also pay using PayPal. Paypal also allows payments with credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) and bank collection. Moreover in Germany charge on delivery is an option.

    Yes, you can. For this purpose you will be sent the necessary IBAN and BIC Codes. Please check with your bank about costs.
