Right of Cancellation
You are entitled to revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days, in script form (e.g. letter, Fax, E-mail) without giving reasons or through returning
the merchandise. The cancellation period begins at the earliest with the dispatch of the written intention, however, not before the handing-over of the ware
to the recipient, also not before our duty of information according to article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 section 1 and 2 EBGB and our obligation in
accordance to § 312g section 1 sentence 1 of German Civil Code (BGB) combined with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. The prompt dispatch of the written cancellation or
the ware, ensures the uphold of the cancellation right.

Consequences of Cancellation
In case of an effective withdrawal from the contract, both parties must return all assets involved, including the use in advance (e.g. interest). If you are
not able to return the received ware as a whole, partially, or in bad condition, you must pay us a certain compensation. This will not be the case, if the
bad condition is the result of testing the article so as if for example it was tried out in a retail shop or the intended usage. You have to bear the
transport cost of the returned ware when the delivered article is as noted in the confirmed order, when the price of the article is not higher as 40,00 Euro,
or, when the price is higher but you at the time of cancellation have made no advance payment or have no instalment payment agreement. In other cases is the
transport cost for you free. The transport cost for mangle articles is also free. You must fulfill all obligations to restitution of payments within 30 days,
after dispatching your revocation declaration. For you the grace period begins with your declaration to revoke or with dispatch of the ware, for us it starts
when received.
