    Simply send us an email. We will answer it as soon as possible.

     

  2. Are straps also available for other models or watches of other brands?
    No. All of our articles are shown here.

     

  3. Where does our merchandise come from?
    We buy our merchandise from manufacturers, jewellers, retailers, watch markets and fairs and from auctions and liquidations. In addition we also continuously buy surplus stock.

     

  4. Are our products originals? 
    Yes, we specialise in original branded watch straps and also offer high quality substitutes.

     

  5. Can I sell watchstraps to Uhrband24?
    Yes, we also buy brandname watch straps. Simply let us know.

     

  6. Can I return items?

  7. Yes, you can give back unused items within two weeks. That does not apply to custom-made products. Please consider that reshipments from outside the European Union will be delivered to customs first. We cannot pay for costs like importation taxes thereby incurred. Please see our return policy according to industry standards.

     

  8. Will I get an invoice that includes VAT?
    You will get an invoice. If VAT is refelcted or if the item is differential taxed you can see in the respective offer.

     

  9. I live outside the European Union. Can I buy without German Value Added Tax (VAT)?
    Yes, we sell items that include German Value Added Tax (which is shown in the respective offer) without 19% VAT to Non European destinations. Our shopsystem reduces the amount of VAT automatically.

     

  10. I am an owner of a company inside the European Union (not Germany). Can I buy without German Value Added Tax (VAT)?
    Yes you can, but for items that include VAT only. Please fill in your valid VAT Identification number in the order. The total will then be reduced automatically (valid outside Germany only). Your delivery includes the invoice.

     

  11. Where do we deliver our articles?
    Usually we deliver worldwide excepted for reptile leather straps. These are dispatched within the European Union only because of the laws. Maurice Lacroix items are sold within Germany only.

     

  12. How much does shipping cost?
    For insured shipping with Deutsche Post AG we charge a flatrate of 3 Euros for Germany, 4 Euros for Europe and 5 Euros worldwide. Shippings for orders 60 Euro and over are free within Germany. 

     

  13. How do we dispatch?
    We normally send the items as registered Mail with German Post.

     

  14. How fast do we dispatch? 
    We usually dispatch within three business days after receiving payment depending on the availabilty shown in the offer.

     

  15. How long usually does shipping take after dispatch? 
    Deliverytime after dispatch usually takes 2 to 5 business days in Germany, 5 to 10 business days within Europe (European Union) and up to 20 business days or longer to all other countries. It always depends on the speed of the recipients general national postal service which cooperates with Deutsche Post AG.

     

  16. How can I pay?
    We prefer bank transfers but also accept Paypal. Paypal also allows payments with credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) and bank collection without registering. Moreover in Germany charge on delivery up to Euro 100,- and purchase on account is an option. Payments in British Pounds (GBP), American Dollars (USD) and Swiss Francs (CHF) can be done with Paypal only.

     

  17. I am having troubles using Paypal. What can I do?
    If Paypal payment does not work properly please send your wished order and deliveryadress to email. We then will send you a Paypal Invoice which you just have to confirm.

     

  18. Can I make an international bank transfer? 
    Yes, you can. For this purpose you will be sent the necessary IBAN and BIC Codes. Please check with your bank about costs.

     

  19. Can I pick up my purchased items?
    Yes, you can collect you order free of shipping costs at our partner jeweller's shop Gustke, Markt 15, 21509 Glinde or choose another servicepoint. As soon as your order us ready to pick up you will be informed by email.

     

  20. I have paid already some time ago. Where is my merchandise?
    Please check the availabilty (immediately, one week, two weeks) of your ordered item(s) first (Items with different availabilities will be send combined). Moreover dispatch can take up to three working days after receipt of payment. Please consider shipping periods as well (See Shipping).

     

  21. Can I track my shipping?
    Yes, on the day of dispatch you receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Filling in this number and the date of posting here you will see the German Post sending status of your shipment. 

    Lateron as soon as your order was passed on to the national postal service of one of the following countries it might be tracked on one of the following links using the given tracking number.

  22. Why do we offer straps and buckles seperately?
    Buckles and clasps are made of metals and therefore last much longer than leather straps. They can be changed and used further on. This way the strap is less expensive.

     

  23. Can I attach my new band myself?
    Yes, you can. How exactly that can be done you can see here. Please take care that you neither damage the leather nor the metal of the watchcase. If you are uncertain please see an expert (watchmaker or jeweler) who will certainly help you.
