Further data is not collected. This data is exclusively used for dispatching the newsletter and will not be forwarded on to third parties.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and its usage for the dispatch of the newsletter at any time. The withdrawal of consent can occur via a link in the newsletter itself, via your profile section or per notification to the above-mentioned contacts.

Integration of services and the contents of third parties

It can occur that the contents of third parties, such as for instance YouTube videos, map materials from Google-Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites is integrated within this online offer. This always presupposes that the supplier of such contents (hereafter referred to as “third party supplier”) detects the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address they cannot send the contents to the browser of the respective user. Hence, the IP address is necessary for the representation of this contents. We strive to only use contents, where the respective supplier exclusively uses the IP address to deliver the contents. However, we have no influence over whether the third party supplier stores the IP address, for instance for statistical purposes. As far as we are aware of this, we will explain this to the users.

They serve to make the operation of websites more user-friendly (i.e. saving log-in data). On the other hand, they serve to record the statistical data of the website usage which can in turn be analysed for the purpose of improving the offer. The users can influence the implementation of the cookies. Most browsers have an option which limits or completely prevents cookies from being saved. However, it is pointed out that without cookies the usage and in particular the user-friendliness is restricted.

Google Analytics

This offer uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics implements so-called “cookies” that are saved on the computer of the users and which enable the analysis of the usage of the website. The information generated by the cookie about the usage of this website by the users is as a rule transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and saved there.

However, if the IP anonymization is activated on this website, the IP address of the users of Google within the member states of the European Union or in other states that have signed the EEC agreement are shortened beforehand. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and shortened there. The IP anonymization is activated on this website. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate the usage of the website by the users, in order to compile reports about the website activities and in order to provide further services to the website operator that are related to the website and Internet usage.

The IP address transmitted by your browser per Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. The users can prevent the cookies from being saved by activating the corresponding setting in their browser software; however this offer will point out to the user that in this case not all of the functions of this website can be used fully. Usage of Facebook social plug-ins

This offer uses social plug-ins ("plug-ins") of the social network facebook.com, which are operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"). The plug-ins are recognisable from one of the Facebook logos (white “f” on a blue tile, the terms "Like", or a “thumbs up” sign) or are labelled with the term "Facebook social plug-in". The list and appearance of the Facebook social plug-ins can be viewed here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.

If a user calls up a website of this offer, which contains such a plug-in, his browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of Facebook. The contents of the plug-in will be transmitted from Facebook directly to your browser which integrates it into the website. Hence, the supplier has no influence over the scope of the data that Facebook gathers with the aid of this plug-in and thus informs the users accordingly about his state of knowledge:

Through the integration of the plug-in Facebook receives the information that a user has called up the corresponding page of the offer. If the user is logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to his Facebook account. If users interact with the plug-ins, for instance activate the Like button or post a comment, the corresponding information will be transmitted from their browser directly to Facebook and saved there. If a user is not a member of Facebook, there is still the possibility that Facebook finds out his IP address and saves it. According to Facebook only an anonymized IP address is saved in Germany.

Please see the data protection notes of Facebook for the purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and usage of the data by Facebook as well as the related rights and setting options to protect the private sphere of the users: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

If a user is a Facebook member and doesn’t want Facebook to collect data about him via this offer and link it to the membership data Facebook has saved about him, he has to log-out of Facebook before visiting the website. Further settings and opt-outs on the usage of data for advertising purposes are possible under the Facebook profile settings.

Revocation, changes, corrections and updates

On request, the user has the right to receive information about the personal data that has been stored about him. The user additionally has the right to have wrong data corrected and to have his personal data blocked or deleted provided there is no legal obligation to retain such data.
